Sherida Brown is a mother, healer, warrior, and the visionary founder behind SUBS Global — a faith-fed wellness brand rooted in healing, nature, and divine purpose.

Born in the vibrant town of Ocho Rios, Jamaica, Sherida’s journey is one of unmatched resilience. She began competing as a tennis athlete at just 12 years old — but by age 15, she became a single mother. Instead of giving up, she graduated early, continued to train, and turned her obstacles into the fuel for her future.

A certified nursing assistant, businesswoman, and now mother of three, Sherida spent years juggling her full-time role in healthcare with building her healing brand — all while praying through pain, surviving abuse, and sourcing the herbs and remedies that would one day transform not only her body but her entire life.

After years of postpartum struggles, hormonal imbalance, inflammation, and spiritual depletion, she created the Harmony Heal System — SUBS Global’s signature herbal detox solution — and launched a full wellness line crafted to help other women reclaim their health naturally, safely, and spiritually.
