From a young age, Sherida excelled in tennis, competing fiercely since the age of 12. However, life threw its challenges her way at the tender age of 15, when she became a single mother. Undeterred, Sherida seized the opportunity to persevere, returning to school, graduating just a year later, all while continuing her pursuit of professional tennis.

With an innate knack for business management and a deep-rooted passion for health, Sherida embarked on a mission to make a difference. Balancing her responsibilities as a mother of three with her full-time role as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Sherida dedicated her days to sourcing special herbal remedies and ingredients, crafting products that would bring tangible results to those in need. 

But Sherida's journey didn't end there. Fueled by her own experiences of assault and attempted assault, she resolved to empower women and children everywhere with a groundbreaking self-defense line, aimed at ending violence, abuse, and abductions.
